Our clients include a wide variety of industries and businesses including manufacturing companies, fast food chains, drinks & confectionery items, fruits & vegetables, chemicals, poultry, etc. Related services include in-house structural and graphic concepts development, packaging design and sampling services.
First think to understand is that we are Exporters and hence ship goods on container basis per customer. Therefore, our customers would need enough volume to fill a container up. A container could be made up of multiple corrugated packaging items that you need and does not have to be just one item.
Depending on the products size, shape and design there would be MOQ requirements. As long as you fulfil the MOQ requirements then you can have as many products as you want in a container. Generally, our MOQ is around 5,000 pcs per item.
In order to optimise space and make shipping and transportation costs efficient, we load bundles and boxes in the container. Pallets lose a lot of space and results in high prices. We find it far more efficient to unload the container as discharge port, get it palletised and redeliver if need be.
Customers have the option of receiving palletised cargo or direct container delivery. In palletised cargo we will get our logistics partners to unload the container at POD and palletise the goods before delivering them to you.
In container delivery, we will get the container delivered to your facility / warehouse and you will have to arrange for hand unloading and palletising of the goods. Container deliveries are cheaper but then there is some work involved at customer’s side. Palletised deliveries are more expensive. Most of our customers do take container deliveries.
Our customers have the flexibility to choose under what terms they would like to buy from us and at what point to they want to take over the shipment responsibility. The most common option our customers choose is FIS and that way we manage every aspect from production to delivery and customer gets good without any involvement or hassles. But you can still choose from FOB, EXW, CIF & FIS.
We like to keep it simple when it comes to pricing. That’s why we clarify with the customer what sort of deliver option they want. Pricing depends on delivery options and trading terms. Once we know that then we can offer customer with one fixed price per pc and that’s what the customer will get charged. Making it simple and transparent.
The customer notifies us the type of product that they are looking for. Either you could share images of your existing packaging, so we know the style and shape of the product, or if you are looking for new product you can advise us the purpose of that packaging and how it will be used. Based on that we can design and suggest packaging options.
Once we know the packaging products that you are after we can then submit our formal proposal. Our proposal includes information such as Final Price/pc, MOQ per item, and No. of pcs required to fill a container.

If you are happy with our proposal, you could then request for samples. In most cases we supply samples free of cost and will even courier then across to you.
If the samples are approved then you can place the order for the items you require. Along with the order you can submit your design files as well if your boxes are printed boxes. Once we receive the order, we can then update you with the production and delivery times.
Once we receive the design files, we will create our own designs and send for approval. Once we have your approval, we can then do into production. The production does not start till the time we have design approvals.
After the approval we go to production and QC.
Based on your delivery option, we will then organise the shipping and final delivery. We will notify you of the vessel and delivery details so that you are well prepared to take delivery of the finished goods in a timely manner.
Especially for new customers, sometimes it can be a learning experience in terms of shipping and delivery. We always work with our customers to understand how we can improve our service in the future.
